PAYMENTS
Payments for design projects will normally consist of 50% up-front and the balance on completion.
CANCELLATION BY YOU OF MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days before the next payment is due – please ensure that you have received Desert Star’s confirmation of your cancellation within 5 working days – non-receipt of said confirmation exempts Desert Star from any obligation to discontinue your payments.
LOSSES/DAMAGE/EXPENSE EXEMPTION
Desert Star accepts no responsibility for any losses, damage or expense incurred either directly or indirectly through the use of any of its products or services.
WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS/SERVICES
In the event of misuse, Desert Star reserves the right to withdraw any/all of its products or services without notice or comeback.
