| Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days before the next payment is due - please ensure that you have received Desert Star's confirmation of your cancellation within 5 working days - non-receipt of said confirmation exempts Desert Star from any obligation to discontinue your payments. |

| In the event of misuse, Desert Star reserves the right to withdraw any/all of its products or services without notice or comeback. |

Star reserves the right to remove from its Hosting database, without
warning, any site containing adult, offensive or other material
we deem to be inappropriate. Such action will terminate our agreement
and no refund will be given. |
